Arsenuranylite is found in the oxidation zone of arsenic-bearing sulphide deposits, associated with metazeunerite, uranospinite and nováčekite; it is replaced by schoepite and paraschoepite (AM 44.208).

Localities

At the type locality, the Cherkasar U Deposit, Pap, Chatkal-Kuraminskii Range, Namangan Region, Uzbekistan, arsenuranylite occurs in the oxidised zone of the uranium deposit containing arsenic-bearing sulphides. Associated minerals include paraschoepite, schoepite, metazeunerite, nováčekite and uranospinite (HOM).
