At the type locality, the Biachella Valley, Sacrofano, Metropolitan City of Rome Capital, Lazio, Italy, biachellaite is found in as equant dipyramidal crystals up to 1 cm in size in cavities in volcanic ejecta. Associated minerals include sanidine, diopside, andradite, leucite and hauyne (HOM, Mindat).
