Pegmatites

Localities

At the type locality, the Kobokobo pegmatite, Shabunda Territory, South Kivu, DR Congo, eylettersite occurs in nodules associated with feldspar, cyrtolite, columbite, apatite and phosphuranylite (AM 59.208-212). It is an alteration product of thorian crandallite in a phosphate-rich granite (Mindat).
