Localities

The type locality is Jáchymov, Karlovy Vary District, Karlovy Vary Region, Czech Republic.

At the Getchell Mine, Adam Peak, Potosi Mining District, Osgood mountains, Humboldt county, Nevada, USA, haidingerite is formed by dehydration of pharmacolite (HOM).

At the White Caps Mine, Manhattan, Toquima Range, Nye county, Nevada, USA, haidingerite is found as an oxidation product of arsenical ores in association with pharmacolite (Dana).
