At the type locality, the Kentbrooksite occurrence, Amdrup Firth, Kangerlussuaq Fjord, Sermersooq, Greenland,
kentbrooksite occurs in alkaline pegmatitic bodies
cutting pulaskite. Associated minerals include
kupletskite, låvenite,
catapleiite, hiortdahlite,
eudialyte, K-feldspar,
nepheline, aegirine and
albite
(HOM).
