At the Zeilberg Quarry, Bavaria, Germany, kuzelite is associated with
ettringite, afwillite,
natrolite, calcite,
tobermorite, gyrolite,
portlandite and apophyllite
(HOM).
At the Bellerberg volcano, Vordereifel, Mayen-Koblenz District, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, kuzelite is
associated with hydrocalumite,
ettringite, tobermorite,
strätlingite–vertumnite,
portlandite, calcite and
gypsum
(HOM).
