Localities
At the type locality, the Tolbachik Volcanic field, Milkovsky District, Kamchatka Krai, Russia, paralammerite
has been found as rare small splinter-shaped grains less than 0.15 mm in size formed by post-eruption fumarolic
reactions at 400 to 650°C in the active volcano. Associated minerals include
alarsite, euchlorine,
lammerite and piypite
(Mindat).
