To date (February 2022) quadradite has been found only at the type locality.
Localities
At the type locality, the Lengenbach Quarry, Fäld, Binn, Goms, Valais, Switzerland, quadradite occurs in cavities in
hydrothermally altered dolostone, likely formed at a late stage. Associated minerals
include galena, dolomite,
jordanite, pyrite,
sphalerite, lengenbachite and
hatchite
(HOM, Mindat).
