Belovite-(Ce) occurs as a secondary mineral in pegmatites in differentiated alkalic massifs, associated with ussingite, natrolite, chkalovite, epistolite, tugtupite, manganoneptunite, murmanite, gaidonnayite, nordite-(La), lamprophyllite, fluorcaphite, lomonosovite, deloneite-(Ce), sitinakite, aegirine, eudialyte, sodalite, microcline, manganoan pectolite, steenstrupine-(Ce) and nepheline (HOM, Mindat).
Localities

The type locality for is the Malyi Punkaruaiv Mountain, Lovozero Massif, Murmansk Oblast, Russia, where it occurs in an alkalic pegmatite, associated with ussingite, steenstrupine-(Ce), sodalite, nepheline, natrolite, murmanite, microcline, manganoneptunite, manganoan pectolite, eudialyte and aegirine (Mindat).
