Localities

At the type locality, the Khaidarkan Sb-Hg deposit, Batken Region, Kyrgyzstan, chursinite occurs in oxidised, complex antimony-arsenic-mercury ores, associated with calomel, eglestonite, terlinguaite, corderoite, montroydite, kuznetsovite, shakhovite, poyarkovite and native mercury, in grains up to 0.2 mm in size (AM 70.871-881).
