Localities

At the type locality, the Buhovo-Seslavtsi pluton, Buhovo, Stolichna Municipality, Sofia City Province, Bulgaria, potassic-magnesio-arfvedsonite occurs in syenitic and granitic dikes, the product of strongly peralkaline and potassic magma. Associated minerals include quartz, K-feldspar, aegirine-augite, zircon, magnetite, ilmenite, titanite, hematite, pyrite and galena (HOM).
