Cave deposits

Localities

The type locality, the Petrogale Cave, Madura Roadhouse, Dundas Shire, Western Australia, is a cave with bat guano, at 20.5°C and 68.5% relative humidity. Mundrabillaite occurs as tiny crystals in association with archerite, biphosphammite, aphthitalite, halite, syngenite, stercorite, oxammite, weddellite, whitlockite, guanine, newberyite, calcite and an unknown phosphate (MM 47.80-81, Mindat).

At the Arnhem Cave, Windhoek Rural, Khomas Region, Namibia, mundrabillaite is associated with swaknoite, dittmarite and arcanite (HOM).
