At the type locality, the Předbořice deposit, Předbořice, Kovářov, Písek District, South Bohemian Region, Czech
Republic, fischesserite occurs in carbonate veins in epithermal precious metal deposits. Associated minerals
include naumannite,
clausthalite,
permingeatite, gold,
calcite and quartz
(HOM).

At the De Lamar Mine, De Lamar Mining District, Owyhee County, Idaho, USA, a sample of fischesserite has
associated minerals naumannite,
covellite and pyrite; the
gangue mineral is calcite.
Fischesserite occurs as anhedral to subhedral grains up to 300 microns across. It does not show any
inclusions of other minerals or intergrowths
(CM 42.6.1733–1737).
