At the type locality, the Khatyrka meteorite, Iomrautvaam massif, Anadyrsky District, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug,
Russia, three new alloy minerals were found in the
carbonaceous chondrite in 2016; they are
hollisterite, kryachkoite and
stolperite. Kryachkoite occurs with
khatyrkite and
native aluminium
(AM 102.690-693).
