Localities
At the type locality, the Kairagach Au deposit, Okhangaron District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, nekrasovite occurs
in ore aggregates within altered andesite and
dacite.
Associated minerals
include tetrahedrite –
tennantite,
luzonite – famatinite,
pyrite, mawsonite,
chalcopyrite, emplectite,
laitakarite, bismuth,
calcite, quartz and
baryte. The nekrasovite forms microscopic grains situated among
emplectite, chalcopyrite,
laitakarite and native bismuth;
it can form intergrowths with chalcopyrite and
mawsonite
(AM 70.436-441, HOM).
